Tracey is a creative and visionary communication and marketing strategist with a passion for empowering and inspiring the people she works with. Her entrepreneurial spirit combined with excellent people, written and verbal skills has led to success in numerous projects, programs and assignments.
An accomplished professional, Tracey has extensive experience helping organizations optimize external and internal functions including but not limited to communications, marketing and employee development. She has formulated and executed blueprints for the creation of cross–functional marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness among consumer target markets. In addition, she has helped to create and implement a strategic, multi-faceted communications program designed to build and strengthen an organization’s external reputation. Most recently, she conducted a needs analysis and worked with executives to design and implement a customized development program to enhance employee production and engagement.
She earned her BA at the University of Southern California and was a Jesse Marvin Unruh Assembly Fellow.
Her most significant achievement is her three year-old son, Cayton.
