Monica is an experienced quantitative marketing researcher with over 25 years of expertise on both the client and supplier side.
She worked for Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. for 15 years where she was Vice President Marketing Research and Analysis for her last nine years. Before assuming responsibility for Schwab’s Market Research Department, she was responsible for database marketing and competitor analysis.
After Schwab, as principal of Lash Research LLC, she has worked as a full service research supplier with clients in the travel, insurance and beverage industries. She has also worked with non-profits on quality of life surveys and education-related studies.
Monica holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance and marketing research.
